Phoenix N. Brown is a writer, educator, and founder of Storytime Phoenix, created in 2011 to uplift bold, diverse voices through storytelling that sticks. With eight years of experience as a script analyst for heavy-hitters like the Academy Nicholl Fellowships, Nickelodeon Fellowships, Lionsgate/Starz, and the WGA, she’s read enough scripts to know the good, the bad, and the “maybe we should cut pages 1-90.”

Her creative career spans comedy, theater, and arts education, including writing for the CBS Diversity Comedy Showcase and collaborating with the Pasadena Playhouse. Before all that, she lit up the stage as a professional dancer, for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, performing with Beyoncé (Fashion Weeks), the USO, and others—proof that she can literally and figuratively bring the house down.

Phoenix blends sharp storytelling instincts with soul, humor, and heart—and yes, she still takes a dance break now and then. She’s proudly repped by JTA Agency; agent Ofelia Habelt (310-270-8453).
